SPOKANE-The Davenport and Harrington golf teams headed to Kalispel Country Club to wrap up the spring season at the Spokane area high school golf championships Thursday, May 13. The Davenport boys finished 10th of 12 teams that finished, while the Harrington boys and girls didn't finish. Susan Ann (Coombs) Els, 79, passed away at Lincoln Hospital in Davenport on Fri. May 7, 2021. She was born in Spokane on Nov. 23, 1941, the daughter of Donald and Evelyn (Talkington) Coombs. HARRINGTON – The structure of the current Harrington Community Church was dedicated on October 22, 1961 by Pastor Berton D. Connerly of the then Community Congregational Church.
