    DAVENPORT—Lincoln County Commissioner Mark Stedman, a 10-year veteran of the seat, sat on the board at a regular meeting for the final time Monday, Dec. 19.     HARRINGTON--A state Department of Transportation snow plow was rear-ended by a Ford F150 amidst thick fog Monday morning, Dec. 5.     DAVENPORT—Schools closed and cars slid across highways in a record-setting snowstorm in Lincoln County Wednesday, Nov. 30. As of press time, anywhere from 6 to 13 inches of snow had fallen around the county. Reardan was the hardest hit with 13 inches as of Wednesday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
