DAVENPORT — Rob Coffman had won his re-election bid as Lincoln County District No. 3 commissioner following the initial count of ballots in the Nov. 8 general election. HARRINGTON- Steven Marsh gave an update on bids that various companies placed to fix the water leak at the city council meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 26.
