Dale was born on Sept. 1, 1955, to Adolph and Esther (Jasman) Ramm in Odessa, Wash. The latest vote count in the Aug. 3 primary election took place Aug. 9 and saw voter turnout climb to 27% of Lincoln County’s registered voters. Adam Walser, running unopposed for the unexpired term of Lincoln County Prosecuting Attorney, received 2,045 votes or 97.01% of the total. There were 63 write-in votes cast (2.99%). Total votes cast were 2,108. ODESSA – The 2021 downtown Odessa Christian Music Freedom Festival, sponsored by Rolling Thunder Pizza and benefiting the local Odessa Guitar Ministry for Kids, was held July 24 in downtown Odessa.
