On May 7, more than 50 students from five schools in the Bi-County joined Odessa for the 5th Annual Bi-County STEM Challenge. STEM stands for Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics. The Odessa Community Float will take its maiden voyage of 2015 through the streets of town Thursday, May 14, at dusk in anticipation of this Saturday’s Lilac Parade in Spokane, said float committee chairman Justin Parr.
