Although COVID-19 restrictions cancelled the Lincoln Hospital Foundation’s annual Sharing Hearts Luncheon, volunteers were still able to raise over $27,000 in funds last month by collecting donations. The “Sharing Hearts” effort raised over $27,000 for a special project, $340 to grow the Endowment Fund, and $840 to add to the medical scholarship for scholarships to go to Lincoln County students going into a medical field. Currently, the levy is set around $1.3 million per year, which equates to $2.08 per $1,000 of assessed property value within the district.
