    (Davenport, WA, September 21, 2016.) The communities of Reardan, Odessa and Sprague received good news from the Washington Department of Commerce last week. All three were awarded Community Development Block Grants for priority infrastructure projects worth a combined $2,062,600. Reardan will receive $719,600 for water system improvements, Odessa will receive $693,000 for water system improvements, and Sprague will receive $650,000 for sewer system improvements.
