SPRAGUE — Three men were booked into the Lincoln County Jail in Davenport in connection with the burglary of a cell phone tower building near Sprague. Jail records show Jason John Trickel, 44, Justin Curtis Himes, 48, and Joshua M. True, 44, all of Oregon, were arrested Tuesday, Oct. 22. The 16-year-old Sprague boy was arraigned Oct. 8 in Lincoln County Superior Court for fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation, a gross misdemeanor. SPRAGUE — A Spokane Valley man was killed in an early morning crash Saturday, Sept. 28, on Interstate 90. Craig E. Richardt, 61, of Spokane Valley, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash at 4:42 a.m. near Milepost 236. Stocker was sealed by the court. Stocker, 25, now of Spokane, was convicted of second-degree kidnapping when he was a juvenile in 2015 in Sprague.
