SPRAGUE — One man was killed and two women were injured in a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 90 about four miles east of the city Thursday, Dec. 7. Angel A. Cuevas, 22, George was pronounced deceased after being transported to Sacred Heart Medical Center, according to a release from Washington State Patrol. Litzy J.
