    SPRAGUE—Taxpayers are being asked to help Cemetery District No. 7 fund cemetery maintenance and operation expenses through a regular property tax levy on the Feb. 14 special election ballot. The levy would be collected for one year (2024), district commissioner Joy Vold said.
