In the wee hours of last Thursday morning, roughly between 4:10 and 4:16 a.m., a male prowler was seen on surveillance video tape walking west on Second Avenue before turning south onto Division Street. The Odessa church-based youth group will be conducting the annual food drive for the Odessa Food Bank this year. Their motto is “Give a can, feed a man. Fill a sack, give back.” On Sunday, November 6, they will be distributing grocery bags to homes around town.
