    The Keller Ferry north shore terminal relocation has been completed, and the vessel was back in service as of 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 22, 2014. The terminal is moved to the low-water ramp in the Sanpoil River arm when Lake Roosevelt water levels are at 1,238 feet or lower.     An outbreak of E. coli cases led state health officials to warn consumers not to eat raw clover sprouts from an Idaho producer. The sprouts under investigation are linked to seven confirmed and three probable cases of E. coli O121 illnesses in Washington and Idaho.
