Nick Campbell, a 2010 graduate of Odessa High School, has died in a tragic boating accident on Lake Roosevelt last Saturday, July 23. Public Works Tourist Park A concrete curb in Odessa’s tourist park that has deteriorated to the point that it is a crumbling ruin, will be removed by a contracted work crew. The crew will also install a handicapped-accessible ramp leading up to the covered pavilion.
