Each of the seven rural libraries in Adams and Lincoln counties has received extra materials on their shelves due to a grant administered by the Washington State Library, and the efforts of Carolyn Peterson, Assistant Program Manager at the State Library (carolyn.petersen@sos.wa.gov).
