Traffic stops: 21

A caller reported a suspicious boat and trailer parked at the bird watching area north of Reardan.

Vista Manor Apartments in Wilbur called to say one of their tenants died.

A man said he was scammed out of $18,000 online.

A caller reported stolen water pumps about a half-mile from Level Road on Olson Hills northeast of Davenport.

A Sprague woman requested assistance with hulk slips on the 41200 block of Lake Road East.

A caller reported keys locked inside a black Jeep at the Harrington school.

STCU in Creston reported that a Silverado had been parked in their parking lot for over an hour.

A man said he was just involved in a non-injury crash on Eighth and Main Streets in Davenport.

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle near a bridge at Jack Brown Road and Old Sprague Highway.

A caller from Fairchild Air Force Base requested a check on her father’s brother, who moved into her father’s house on the 300 block of East Brooke Street in Sprague after her father died.

A 69-year-old female fell over in Davenport.

A caller reported a minor in possession of tobacco at the school in Reardan.

A disabled vehicle was reported on Highway 2 at Miles-Creston Road.

A disabled vehicle was reported on Highway 174 and Spring Canyon Road.

A boy said his parents were fighting and his dad tried to take his sister away.

A caller reported a vehicle parked on the shoulder of a road with a blanket taped across the back window.

A caller reported an injured deer on Highway 28 just north of Harrington.

May 11

Traffic stops: 4

A jail inmate was transported from Spokane to Lincoln County.

A caller reported a car out of place at the Folsom trailhead off Jack Brown Road in Sprague.

Harassment was reported at Reardan Middle School.

A woman said she locked her keys in her car.

Spray painting was reported at the R Store in Reardan.

An Odessa woman said she observed some bones while walking her dog.

An Odessa woman requested a deputy response to deal with a dispute with her two roommates on the 400 block of East Third Avenue.

A Reardan man requested ambulance response to take his 49-year-old son to the hospital due to a suspected overdose on drugs.

A Davenport woman said someone tried to break in.

A Harrington woman said she fell in her bathroom and couldn’t get up.

May 12

Traffic stops: 10

A Lincoln man said his neighbor had been playing his music loudly outside his house on the 22700 block of Peterson Lane East for three straight evenings.

A Wilbur woman said a youth on a bicycle ran a stop sign at the intersection of Regent and Brace Streets and hit the side of her car.

A caller said a black Jetta dangerously passed her while traveling on Highway 2.

A woman said another woman near Safeway in Davenport told her she was fleeing from domestic violence.

A woman said her neighbor was shooting a pellet gun at cats at a house on Sixth and Morgan Streets.

May 13

Traffic stops: 17

A Davenport man said he saw what appeared to be drug needles on Omans Road at the corner of Oehlwein Road.

A Wilbur woman reported an ongoing issue with a transient woman who was bothering customers at the Café in town.

A Reardan man said his license plate was stolen in Spokane.

A Davenport man requested extra patrols on McInnis Road due to several cars driving faster than the posted 30 mph limit.

A caller said his brother was threatening him.

A Davenport man said a company he leases his property to for scrap processing had leased an excavator from him but hadn’t paid rent for or returned the machine.

A caller said a local man was involved in a crash in Fruitland.

A Wilbur woman said a friend borrowed another woman’s car to address a medical issue, then called from the hospital to say the car was parked at a friend’s house and undrivable. The caller said since then a red-light ticket was reported on the car.

May 14

Traffic stops: 26

A transient woman was given a Rural Resources card at the Conoco in Wilbur.

A disabled vehicle was reported on Miles-Creston Road just off Highway 2.

A Coulee Dam man reported three erratically driven cars westbound on Highway 2 from milepost 235.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on Little Falls Road and Highway 231 north of Reardan.

The postmaster in Wilbur said a homeless person had been staying in the post office’s lobby for several nights and was likely urinating in the garbage can.

A caller said her dog was attacked by two dogs off a leash.

A woman said her neighbor’s children mooned her and their dog ran through her yard.

May 15

Traffic stops: 22

A man asked to speak with a deputy regarding a woman video and audio recording without his permission.

A caller reported a truck with no license plates and a motorcycle speeding north on Seventh Street from Main Street in Davenport.

A woman said her father was assaulted by another woman at their house in Sprague.

A Davenport man said two dogs were running loose near 11th and Sinclair Streets, preventing him from working in his yard.

A woman working at Safeway in Davenport reported a suspicious man in the store.

An overdue boater was reported at Porcupine Bay.

A caller reported a man that appeared to be riding a bike with a headlamp up and down a county road.

A caller said a driver of a Tacoma turned on his high beams, passed her car then slammed on his brakes.

A woman said a pickup truck had been sitting in front of her house for 15 minutes.

A caller said he heard some banging outside his apartment.

Kody Scott Marshall, 29, Spokane Valley. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of failure to appear for making a false or misleading statement to a public servant, five counts of second-degree stolen property and two counts of possession of another’s identification.

May 12

Nicole Jane Drake, 36, Spokane. Arrested by LCSO on charges of residential burglary, driving without a license and failure to comply.

May 14

Terry Alan Storer, 60, Quincy. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of driving under the influence.

Kody Scott Marshall, Spokane, making a false statement to a public servant. Ordered to pay a $4,850 fine.

Dillan Thomas Pratt, Reardan, first-degree negligent driving. Sentenced to five days in jail with three days converted to 24 hours of community service.

Patricia Ann Kappen, Reardan, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 30 days in jail.

James Steven Liptrap, Wilbur, first-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to 21 days in jail, a $400 fine, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Nicole Jane Drake, Spokane Valley, first-degree criminal trespassing. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Jesse Kyle Ziegelman, Moses Lake, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours of community service and 12 months supervised probation.

Christopher G. Ridgway, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $200 fine.

Dale James Burke, Davenport, disorderly conduct and operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, 12 months unsupervised probation and a $250 fine.

Tessa Rose Wilber, Medical Lake, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license. First charge dismissed. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours of community service, a $200 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Justin Thomas McDowell, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license, failure to transfer title within 45 days and making a false statement to a public servant. Second charge dismissed. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours of community service, a $400 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Brandon Scott Collins, Davenport, possessing a loaded firearm in a vehicle. Ordered to pay a $500 fine.

Jacquelynn A. St. Peter, Omak, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours of community service, a $400 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Alecia Marie Jackson, Vancouver, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license. First charge continued for dismissal. Sentenced to two days in jail, 16 hours of community service, a $500 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Criminal docket-May 10

Timothy Lee Morton, who is charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree theft, had a 3.5 hearing scheduled for May 31 with the expectation of a trial beginning June 1.

Damon Joseph Ashe, who is charged with second-degree identity theft, had a readiness hearing set for May 24 and a jury trial set for June 15.

Larry Quincy Bronson Jr., who is charged with first-degree theft and first-degree stolen property trafficking, entered a guilty plea and will be sentenced Aug. 16.

Shash Sky Talancon, who is charged with second-degree assault causing substantial bodily harm, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for June 21 and a jury trial was set for July 13.

Bruce Paul Havens, who is charged with second-degree burglary, failed to appear for a status hearing due to being incarcerated. A warrant was issued for his arrest with bail set at $20,000.

Masonn Hunter Marsh, who is charged with second-degree perjury and making a false statement to a public servant, had a readiness hearing set for June 21 and a jury trial set for July 13.

Tammara Michelle Perrin, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, waived her right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for June 21 and a jury trial was set for July 13.

Blake Jacob Culp, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for June 21 and a jury trial was set for July 13.

William B. Hart, who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, third-degree driving with a suspended license and an ignition interlock device violation, pleaded guilty and will be sentenced May 24.

Jesus A. Castaneda, who is charged with residential burglary, called ready for a June 8 trial. A 3.5 hearing was set for May 25.

Shyniah M. Dogskin, who is charged with residential burglary, failed to appear for a status hearing. A warrant was issued for her arrest with bail set at $7,500.

Brian J. Root, who is charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle, failed to appear for an arraignment and was arrested with bail set at $6,000.
