Neighbor reports loose cow

REARDAN — A brown-and-white cow wandered into a rural yard where children were playing, prompting a call to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on April 25.

Arloa Lee Anthony, of 52186 Euclid Road E, reported the animal and said she believed it belonged to her neighbor, Joey Lee Ough. Anthony told dispatch she does not speak with the neighbors and was concerned because her children were outside.
