Massie, 21, Davenport was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash that also injured five girls Monday, Feb. 21, according to a release from Washington State Patrol.     OLYMPIA – Gov. Jay Inslee said Thursday that he’ll drop the statewide coronavirus-mask mandate March 21.
