    DAVENPORT — A trial featuring a second-degree rape charge was dismissed last week after most people summoned for jury duty failed to appear. It’s an instance that’s becoming a Lincoln County trend, local officials say, and it has many within the county concerned. Damion Michael Pegram was charged with second-degree rape and agreed to have his case go to trial, which was scheduled to begin Wednesday, Oct. 18.
