    Virgil Totusek passed away September 19, 2016, in Odessa at the age of 83. He was born May 21, 1933, on the family farm, to Frank and Ruby (Hoover) Totusek. He was a member of the Marlin Presbyterian Church. Virgil was an avid horseshoe player, U.S. Army Korean War veteran, enjoyed trapshooting and loved to bowl with the “Irby Ridge Bowlers.” He participated in the Odessa VFW and was a 50-year member of the Odessa Grange.     Terrea Lee Weishaar was born on March 31, 1953 in Odessa to Warren and Susan Weishaar. She passed away on September 4, 2016 in Spokane. Before her illness set in, Terrea enjoyed outdoor activities. Competitive downhill ski racing and Nordic skiing were her favorite winter activities, and in the summer she spent her leisure time swimming and water skiing. All three were awarded Community Development Block Grants for priority infrastructure projects worth a combined $2,062,600.
