Summer Reading Program On July 5, the Harrington Library's Summer Reading Program began and will be held each Thursday in July. Katie Steward, library board member, volunteered to lead the first session and had additional volunteers on hand. Harrington Food Bank schedule change Beginning July 7, the Harrington Food Bank will be open only the first four Saturdays of each month. There will not be any Friday food bank days.
