The Odessa-Harrington Booster Club dinner and auction fundraiser is coming November 7 at the Odessa Community Center. This will be the sixth annual event sponsored by the Booster Club since the two schools opted to participate in a sports cooperative. The Odessa-Harrington Junior-High Titan volleyball season ended last week Monday with a win over the Davenport Gorillas. The Titan varsity girls won in two sets against the Gorillas with Maddy Wagner leading the Titans with 7 kills and 1 block. Caitlyn Schuh had 5 assists and 2 kills. At the October 12 meeting of the Odessa Town Council, members approved the final version of the airport lease agreement with Odessa Air Service. Public works director Rod Webster reported he had been in contact with the permitting agencies with regard to cleaning trees, non-native grasses and debris out of the bed and banks of Crab Creek within the town limits.
