    HARRINGTON — The City issued a water boil order to its residents after a motor on the City’s third water pump failed Tuesday, May 21. That order was rescinded Wednesday, May 22. Mayor Joe Armand asked residents to conserve water with “extreme diligence” in a message given to Harrington citizens Tuesday. “While we are limping along with our City’s original well, it isn’t delivering the volume that we are used to,” Armand said. The Celebrate Davenport committee recently announced that there weren’t any applicants for Miss Davenport and the program won’t have a representative this year.     DAVENPORT — Two Lincoln County farms have received federal funding for renewable energy projects through the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture. GMC Joint Ventures dba Rolinco Farm, located south of Harrington, received a $40,000 grant to purchase and install a 22.4 kilowatt solar array.
