Two deputies join staff DAVENPORT — Two deputies have joined the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office in the communications and corrections department. Derek Edwards and Sam Tiffany were both hired in the last month. Tiffany, a Spokane native, attended Mead High School and most recently worked for Les Schwab in Airway Heights.
