REARDAN—A 14-year-old high school student here was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 6 for allegedly making threats to a school in Edmond, Oklahoma. The unnamed boy is facing felony and gross misdemeanor charges after cyber crime detectives in Edmond traced the threats to a local IP address, according to records.
