ODESSA — Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center is now dispensing the COVID-19 vaccine per state and county health department guidelines. The local hospital has received 50 doses of the Moderna vaccine in the last two weeks, employees said. The Lincoln County Commissioners have passed the county’s six-year transportation plan that includes chip sealing 42 miles of county road and improvement work on the Miles-Creston road.
