    OKANOGAN — A lawsuit filed Friday in Douglas County against Gov. Jay Inslee’s stay-at-home order was continued to 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 29, in Okanogan County Superior Court this morning. The case was moved to Okanogan County because Douglas County commissioners are among the plaintiffs in the suit.     RITZVILLE — The Washington State Patrol is planning extra patrols for the Memorial Day weekend. District 4 troopers from Ritzville, Colfax and Spokane detachments will be looking for speeding, distracted driving and seat belt violations, as well as drunken driving and other violations.     ODESSA — The high school Class of 2020 voted last week during a digital meeting to delay graduation until July 18 in hopes of having a traditional commencement ceremony.
