DAVENPORT—After no one from the public spoke up during a budget hearing, city council approved the 2023 budget at its regular meeting Wednesday, Nov. 23. DAVENPORT—Schools closed and cars slid across highways in a record-setting snowstorm in Lincoln County Wednesday, Nov. 30.
