Harrington Fall Festival On September 27, Harrington was a busy town from early morning throughout the day and into the evening. Students helped in the process of sprucing up the town. The Harrington Opera House rummage sale began at 10 a.m. and lasted until 2 p.m., with stragglers and donors coming by for another hour or so. Odessa High School sophomores Kaedin Schorzman and Nathan Melcher took third in the Adams County Fair tractor driving competition held Friday, September 13, in Ritzville. More than 20 teams competed in which drivers of a tractor with a trailer attached navigated an obstacle course. The year 2019 was quite a successful one for the local folks who exhibited their projects at the Lincoln County Fair. Students in the Greenhouse Management class have been hard at work! Since the beginning of February, they have been responsible for daily operations and the needs of more than 2,000 plants. Students have learned how to properly sow tomato, jalapeño, peppers, marigold, basil and lemon grass seeds. It has been a busy winter and spring for the members of the Odessa Healthcare Foundation and the FBLA Partnership With Business team. This is the second year the Healthcare Foundation has partnered with FBLA.
