Gordon C. Peterson passed away October 5, 2018 at Marlin. He was born November 3, 1929 to Erna and Pete Peterson in Spokane and was an only child. He was raised on the three-generation family cattle and wheat farm. At Marlin, he attended a one-room school and graduated as a valedictorian from Marlin High School. Burning Man Saturday, August 25, a Harrington resident and her sister departed Harrington in a well-laden automobile with gear, supplies and camping equipment strapped to the top, and a sign on the rear reading "The Kettles Go to Burning Man." Summer Reading Program Thursday, July 26, Victoria Rice met the school portion of the Summer Reading Program at the city park while Cindie Rice waited at the library for the local children to arrive.
