OLYMPIA – Gov. Jay Inslee said Thursday that he’ll drop the statewide coronavirus-mask mandate March 21. Eleanor Walter, 90, passed away peacefully on Dec. 17, 2021 in Odessa, Wash. Eleanor was born on Jan. 24, 1931 on the family farm in Odessa, Wash. to Henry and Lottie Braun.
