Originally, it was thought the pie was purchased at the Hospital Foundation Auction and Wine Tasting last spring, but no record of that donation was found.     Linda Kay Burghard was born Dec. 15, 1944 to Harvey and Ulla Haase in Ritzville. She passed away Feb. 19, 2015 due to compoications of a stroke. She was a caregiver for Shirley Libsack for approximately four years, and then managed a Sears outlet store combined with Lyndies’ Ceramics. She enjoyed scrapbooking and was an avid reader. Out of 2,592 registered voters in Lincoln County, only 1,306 submitted their ballots for a voter turnout of 50.39 percent.
