REARDAN – The Inland Northwest Rail Museum will be the site of two holiday events during the month of December. A “Moonlight Ride with Santa” is a ride on a restored train car on the Inland Northwest Short Line at 4:15 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9. Santa will be on the train and will be available for pictures. DAVENPORT — The school district will officially ask voters to approve two levies in the February Special Election. The school board approved putting a replacement educational programs and operations (EP&O) levy and replacement capital projects levy before the voters at a regular meeting Monday, Nov. 27.
