    Needhams With many alumni coming into Harrington and a number of class reunions occurring on Friday, September 22, on the eve of the Fall Festival, the Church of the Nazarene hosted the return of the Needhams to the Harrington Opera House.     The Harrington Food Bank director, Pastor Cade Clark, has many patrons from Odessa who frequent the Harrington facility. He reminds patrons of the times and dates that the food bank is open.     OTHELLO, Wash. –Two Bureau of Reclamation recreational facilities will be closing for the winter season. Scooteney Park campground in Franklin County and Summer Falls Day Use Recreation Area in Grant County will be shut down on October 17. They are scheduled to re-open in spring 2018. However, the Day Use Area and boat ramps at Scooteney Reservoir will remain open until snowfall closes them.     The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office has purchased a new incident command trailer, F250 crew cab pickup and John Deere Gator vehicle. The equipment was purchased using grant funds awarded to Lincoln County based on applications submitted by Sheriff Wade Magers.
