DAVENPORT--Valene Jean Wynecoop, an inmate at Lincoln County Jail was found dead yesterday just after 3 p.m. during a routine cell check, the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office informed The Times this morning. The sheriff's department believes Wynecoop, 35, committed suicide. The cause of death remains under investigation. Wynecoop's family has been notified. REARDAN – A 22-year-old Reardan man serving four days in jail after pleading guilty to a charge of cyberstalking stemming from a November incident allegedly stole a small amount of marijuana from his mom’s boyfriend’s trailer on the 300 block of North Lake Street.
