    The Titan track and field team headed to Cheney Saturday for the Big Red Invitational where they competed with 29 other teams ranging in size from 1B to 4A. Out of 24 teams, the boys placed 18th overall, with Wenatchee, East Valley and Mead taking the top three slots.     Golf The Titan golf team had matches on Monday, March 21, Thursday, March 24 and again on Tuesday, March 29. In the March 21 match against Colfax, William Mann led the Titans with 49, followed by John Tanke 52, Colt Sanford 56, Caleb Behrens 65, Derek Montgomery 68 and James Mann 70.     The Titan track team had its first meet of the season in Colville Saturday, March 26. For the boys, Gaven Elder placed ninth in the 100 meters, 10th in 200 meters and 17th in long jump.     The opening weekend for baseball was a good one for the Titans when they completed a doubleheader sweep against the Northport Mus- tangs Saturday, March 26. In the first game of the series, the Titans had eight runs by the end of the second inning and added eight more in the fourth, making the score 16-0 and effectively winning the game in four innings.     The Titan Golf team kicked off spring sports Tuesday, March 15, in Harrington. The match included the St. Georges Dragons, the Kettle Falls Bulldogs and the Tekoe-Rosalia Timberwolves.
