    Zack Jay Judge of Spokane Valley was arrested in the early morning of Feb. 3 on charges of second degree burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and malicious mischief in the third degree. Judge remained in Lincoln County Jail as of press time.     DAVENPORT—“Fall sports” may finally be arriving. Athletic directors in Davenport, Reardan and Harrington have created schedules for sports their schools are participating in.
