    DAVENPORT —-The results are certified, and all Lincoln County school levy propositions have passed. Results were certified Friday, Feb. 23. The local District flirting with levy failure was Reardan-Edwall, mostly due to opposition in Spokane County. But Lincoln County favored the levy enough to overrule said opposition.     DAVENPORT — A Kennewick man booked in Lincoln County Jail died over the weekend from medical causes, the Sheriff’s Office confirmed this week. Thomas L. Faulk, 20, of Kennewick, died at Lincoln Hospital after suffering a medical emergency at the Jail Saturday, Feb. 17, the Office said.
