DAVENPORT — Heavy construction is coming to three bridges on gravel roads in Lincoln County. Geib Bridge, located north of Wilbur, and Gerald Zellmer Bridge, south of Davenport, will be completely rebuilt and Blenz Bridge, south of Wilbur and Creston, will have its deck and girder system replaced.
