DAVENPORT—The Lincoln County Commissioners held a regular benefits check-in with representatives amongst county employees and Dan Fisher of HUB International, the county’s medical insurance broker, at the commissioners’ meeting Monday, March 7. DAVENPORT--School will be delayed two hours and start at 10 a.m. today due to an overnight power outage affecting the city. According to reports from Avista Utilities, an outage affecting roughly 1,100 customers was reported in the city around 2 a.m. early Thursday morning. Power was restored by 7 a.m., but school remains delayed to 10 a.m. Avista said the outage was caused by a substation issue.
