On a bright and sunny Friday afternoon, the Horse Crazy Cowgirl Band drove into Harrington and parked their motor home in the vacant lot south of the Harrington Opera House. Neil N. Lobe was born on March 20, 1950 in Ritzville to Leo and Viola Lobe. He grew up in Odessa and graduated from Odessa High School in 1968; he then attended college and graduated with a degree in mechanics. Neil married Colleen Haase on September 3, 1970 in Odessa.
