    Keith Cameron Klein, 65, was born June 19, 1956 to Dwaine Richard and Clara Dorothea Klein at Sacred Heart Hospital. He passed away Dec. 30, 2021 at Deaconess Medical Center. Keith loved growing up in Edwall. Due to an injury sustained in infancy which robbed him of the full use of his right arm, he didn’t let that keep him from being involved in school activities, or stop him.     DAVENPORT-Students' standardized test scores dropped statewide in English/language arts (ELA) and math assessments between 2019 and 2021 tests, and local schools were no different. Students were given standardized tests in Fall 2021 for the first time since Spring 2019 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
