    DAVENPORT—The race between incumbent Matt Schneider of Davenport and challenger Don Staley of Deer Meadows for Fire District No. 5 Commissioner No. 2 is too close to call after three tallies. Schneider currently leads Staley by three votes: 344-341. Nine write-in votes have been counted in the race. Schneider trailed Staley after the first count 263-235 Tuesday, Nov. 2, but took a lead Nov. 4 323-315.     DAVENPORT--Incumbent Matt Schneider has taken an ever-so-slight lead over Don Staley in the race for Fire District No. 5 commissioner No. 2. The incumbent Schneider, of Davenport, trailed Staley, of Deer Meadows, 263-235 after the first count Tuesday, but after a second count Thursday afternoon, Schneider leads 323-315.     LINCOLN COUNTY--Three incumbents are trailing after the first election returns amongst the seven contested races in the Davenport, Reardan, Harrington, Edwall and Sprague areas. Challengers are defeating incumbents in races for Harrington school board, Fire District No. 4 and Fire District No. 5.
