DAVENPORT — A good Samaritan turned in a soaking wet wallet containing cash and credit cards after spotting it run over by multiple vehicles, according to Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office records. Samuel Jesus Macias of Harrington found the wallet near the intersection of Sixth and Morgan streets shortly after 11 a.m. April 15. It belonged to truck driver James L.
