DAVENPORT—P.E.O. recently announced their 2022 scholarship recipients, Darby McLaughlin of Reardan and Cady Zellmer of Davenport. DAVENPORT—A Department of Transportation construction project expected to bring 15-minute delays to travelers on Highway 2 between here and Reardan will now begin Thursday, May 5.
