DAVENPORT—Head Gonzaga baseball coach Mark Machtolf’s motion to suppress evidence in his DUI case was denied in Lincoln County District Court Monday, Sept. 26, new court documents show. Machtolf was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence outside the SpeedTrap Tap House in Reardan June 10. According to court documents, Machtolf questioned whether arresting officer Melissa Foust had reasonable suspicion to perform a Terry stop that night. REARDAN—Taxpayers in the Reardan-Edwall School District will vote on a five-year capital levy which will fund improvements to athletic facilities and the construction of a transportation cooperative facility Nov. 8.
