DAVENPORT —The Lincoln County Commissioners have until the end of the year to ratify the 2024 county budget, and plan to do so with three days to spare. The commissioners recessed their regular meeting Monday, Dec. 18 to Thursday, Dec. 28 in order to approve a finalized budget. The county usually faces a budget gap between its revenues and expenses.
