    DAVENPORT — Two Lincoln County farms have received federal funding for renewable energy projects through the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture. GMC Joint Ventures dba Rolinco Farm, located south of Harrington, received a $40,000 grant to purchase and install a 22.4 kilowatt solar array. That project is expected to save $1,998 and 28,548 kilowatt hours per year and generate enough to power 2.66 homes, according to a press release from the Dept. of Agriculture.     REARDAN — The Reardan-Edwall area won’t have a Miss representative this year. Miss Reardan-Edwall 2024 was canceled after no one applied, according to program organizers.
