ODESSA - Basketball is more than just a game to Larry Moffet. It has been a way of life for almost 40 years. But Moffet's run as an assistant coach for the Odessa boys and girls teams came to an end when he announced his retirement at the March 22 school board meeting. SPOKANE--The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) will host two public meetings in late March to inform anglers of planned changes to future white sturgeon fishing seasons on Lake Roosevelt. Since 2018, the Lake Roosevelt sturgeon fishery has opened in mid-June and closed at the end of September.
