ODESSA — The Odessa pool has hired eight lifeguards and one manager for the upcoming summer season. RITZVILLE – In many rural areas of Eastern Washington, cellphone service is limited and even non-existent. Nonetheless, the state Department of Fish and Wildlife is planning to encourage all hunters and fishermen to have a digital license.
