DAVENPORT — An Odessa man was arraigned Friday in Lincoln County Superior Court on charges of assault and property damage. Jacob Michael Bergstrom, 34, of Odessa, faces second-degree assault by strangulation and second-degree malicious mischief causing damage exceeding $750, according to court records.
